Homeowner Toolbox is an online loan modification service offered to participating members.

Challenge:  Homeowner Toolbox needed a custom interactive membership website to offer homeowners an alternative method of home loan modification. 

Solution:  Regency’s web designers created a custom graphical design with an integrated "talking head" presentation.  A registration feature enables members to join by after paying a modest one-time fee.  A members' extranet provides a custom stepwise data collection process to gather information about the member, current loan, property, and financial situation.  A probability meter feature provides members a way to estimate the success probablity of the modification application.   When a member completes the process, the application creates a downloadable loan modification package in PDF format suitable for submission to their lender.    The website was implemented with Regency’s .NET suite of web applications and included these features:
