g. How do I modify user account forwarding information?
1. Print this page first for easy reference.

2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: http://webmail.regencyweb.com

3. Enter the user account complete e-mail address in the User ID field. Enter the user account password in the Password field.

4. Click the "Log In" button to log into this user account:



5. Click on the "Account Options..." drop down menu on top right of screen and select "Forwarding":



6. If the Forwarding textbox is blank, this account is NOT currently forwarding mail to another account.



7. If you want to forward mail to another e-mail account, enter a complete e-mail address as shown in the example below - then click Save.



8. If you want to forward mail to another e-mail account AND keep copies of the messages on this account, enter a dot comma and a complete e-mail address as shown in the example below - then click Save.



9. If you want to forward mail to more than one e-mail account, enter a complete e-mail address for each account separated by a comma (no spaces) as shown in the example below - then click Save. You can enter up to four complete e-mail addresses to forward to.



10. Upon saved changes, you will see a success message. Click on "Menu" link on top right, then click "Logout" link if you are done. Send a test message to make sure the forwarding is working properly.
