Neighborhood Partnership Housing Service (NPHS) is a nonprofit organization that assists families achieve homeownership.

Challenge:  Regency's customer, Homeowner Toolbox, needed a non-profit website to expand the online services offered by NPHS to loan modification.

Solution:  Regency’s web developers created a custom graphical design with an integrated "talking head" presentation.  A registration feature enables members to join for free to gain access to home loan modification tools.  A custom stepwise data collection process compliant to federal guidelines gathers information about the member, current loan, property, and financial situation.  A special success probability meter gives feedback about member chances for a successful home loan modification.  When a member completes the process, the application creates a downloadable, lender-specific, loan modification package in PDF format suitable for submission to their NPHS counselor.  The website was implemented with Regency’s .NET suite of web applications and included these features:
