 1. Specifications.  During proposal creation prior to sale, Regency undertakes a rigorous evaluation of requirements to propose a comprehensive specification and solution matched to client needs.
 2. Graphical Design.  After an assessment of client design preferences and competitive websites, our website designers create a unique and distinctive custom design.  We never use off-the-shelf canned design templates.
 3. Mock Up Pages.  For most projects, we create a set of HTML mock-up web pages to validate the navigation system and test the usability of interactive features.
 4. Programming.  Using Regency’s unique suite of proven Microsoft .NET applications, our web programmers create custom Web applications matched to the project’s technical specifications.
 5. Alpha Testing.  A first round of testing ensures that all the custom specified features are correctly programmed and are operating in accordance with the specification.
 6. QA Testing.  A second round of quality assurance testing ensures that all facets of the site’s functionality and graphical design have been accurately realized usually through many “QA cycles”.
 7. Content Population/SEO.  In conjunction with and following QA testing, the site’s content such as text copy, articles, press releases, customer information, and product information is added, in addition to SEO related content such as meta tags, page titles, URL keyword encoding, and old-site page mappings.
 8. Client Training.  Clients gain hands on training on all aspects of the website’s administrative functions such as content management, product management, customer management, and newsletter management.
 9. Site Launch.  Upon completion of client review and training, Regency enables the site to be live on the Internet.
The result is a website that uniquely reflects the nature of the client's business, is graphically pleasing, useable, easy to navigate, is search engine friendly, and effectively conveys the right message to the target audience.
