e. How can I set up a vacation message?
1. Print this page first for easy reference.
2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: http://webmail.regencyweb.com
3. Enter your complete e-mail address in the Email Address field. Enter your password in the Password field. Click the "Log In" button:
4. Click on the "Settings" menu on top of screen:
5. Select "Auto-Responder" from the list on the left side then check the "Enable auto-responder" box on the right side.
6. Click on the 'Auto-Responder Message' tab to enter your message. Enter the Subject line, the message format (HTML/Text) and the actual message. Click on the Save button on top to save your message.
7. When you return from vacation, complete steps 1-5 above - uncheck the "Enable auto-responder" and click "Save". This will disable the vacation message.
8. Click the "Log Off" link if you are done.
