e. How can I set up a vacation message?
1. Print this page first for easy reference.

2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: http://webmail.regencyweb.com

3. Enter your complete e-mail address in the User ID field. Enter your password in the Password field. Click the "Log In" button:



4. Click on the "Account Options..." dropdown menu on top right of screen and select "My Vacation Message": 



5. Enter your vacation message as shown in the example below. Click "Save" to make the changes. A vacation message will be sent only one time to each person who sends you an e-mail message, regardless of how many messages that person may send you while the vacation message is active.



6. When you return from vacation, complete steps 1-6 above - then clear ALL text from the vacation message box shown above and click "Save". This will disable the vacation message.

7. Click the "Log Off" link if you are done.
