b. How do I check my e-mail using a Web browser to view messages using your "Webmail" feature?
WebMail is designed to allow you to send and receive mail using a web browser when you are away from your computer. This only applies to users who have a POP3 account setup, or are forwarding and keeping copies of mail on their local account.
You will only receive messages on WebMail if the mail program on your computer is NOT open and checking mail. When you return to your computer and open your mail program, the messages received on WebMail will download to your computer and will no longer be available on the WebMail system. If you want a copy of the messages you sent while using WebMail, .cc yourself when sending out a message from the WebMail system.
1. Print this page first for easy reference.
2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: http://webmail.regencyweb.com/
3. Enter your complete e-mail address in the "User ID" field. Enter your password in the "Password" field. Click the "Log in" button:

4. You will see the "Menu" screen. Your inbox will be a link as shown below. Click on the "Inbox" link on the left to view your inbox and any new messages you have received: (NOTE: If your email program is running on your computer and checking the account you logged into here, you will not see any messages in your Inbox)

5. Click on any of the links in "From/Subject" to read the message detail. The message detail is displayed on the right most pane of the same window.

6. From the message detail pane, you can reply, forward or print the message. You can also set WebMail to automatically check for new email.:

7. You can now send and receive email while logged in. For advance options, please click the "Settings" link at the top-left of the screen.

When you are finished, please remember to click on the "Log Off" link to exit.
