Web Applications Tester and Technical Proposal Writer
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance testing on e-commerce and database driven Web sites. Track and manage outstanding issues.
- Prepare business proposals of Web development project to be presented to clients.
- Analyze client’s business requirements and prepare detailed functional specifications for the design and development teams.
Skills Requirements:
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Previous experience in business/technical proposal writing. Provide samples or work references if possible.
- Previous experience in software quality assurance, computer application testing, or systems analysis.
- Understanding of the relational database concept. Previous database experience a plus!
- Understanding of browser compatibility and screen limitations.
- Working knowledge of Window 2000 Professional, Outlook, Outlook Express, MS Office, and Visio.
- Basic understanding of database driven dynamic Web sites, content management, MS Access, Microsoft SQL server a definite bonus!
